FINGU is committed to promoting responsible sourcing of raw materials such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, mica, copper, nickel, lithium, and natural graphite. In accordance with the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct, we prohibit suppliers from sourcing conflict minerals and extend this requirement to upstream suppliers at all levels, thereby preventing and mitigating the involvement of minerals in products that directly or indirectly contribute to human rights violations, environmental degradation, health and safety hazards, and corruption. We actively engage with the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) by conducting specialized assessments of suppliers involved in tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, mica, copper, nickel, lithium, and natural graphite. Using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and Extended Mineral Reporting Template (EMRT), we urge suppliers to trace and identify mineral smelting and processing stages step by step. We require cooperating smelters to refrain from sourcing minerals originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRA) and promote regular updates to due diligence reports by suppliers, ensuring responsible mineral management requirements are implemented across all stages.
